一种X频段多通道10 W瓦片收发组件设计

摘要:
根据机载雷达需求,设计了一种16通道、高集成度的瓦片组件。组件频率覆盖整个X频段,每个通道均可实现低噪声接收、大功率发射以及数控衰减和移相功能。在设计过程中对垂直互联进行研究,采用椭圆形同轴结构在不牺牲射频传输性能的条件下解决了局部空间不足的难题。组件发射支路经由环行器输出到天线口,最终输出功率为10 W以上。通过合理布局以及射频走线设计,测试数据满足协议要求。组件结构件通过激光焊接实现气密,整个组件尺寸为66 mm×84 mm×12 mm。

Abstract:
According to the requirements of airborne radar,a 16-channel,highly-integrated tile transceiver module is designed.The frequency of the module covers the entire X-band,and each channel can achieve low-noise reception,high-power transmission and digital attenuation and phase-shift functions.In the design process,the vertical interconnection is studied,and the elliptical coaxial structure is used to solve the problem of insufficient local space without sacrificing radio frequency(RF) transmission performance.The module transmitting branch is output from the circulator to the antenne port,and the final output power is more than 10 W.Through reasonable layout and optimization of RF design,test data meets protocol requirements.The module structure is airtight by laser welding and the entire size is 66 mm×84 mm×12 mm.
