| 简要介绍了美军联合电磁频谱作战的发展沿革及项目进展，重点总结了全球电磁频谱信息系统(Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System，GEMSIS)项目建设的发展现状及技术特性，结合GEMSIS系统在美最新提出的“低-零功率”、机动式、认知化电磁频谱战中的应用，分析了系统的未来发展趋势，以期为相关人员提供参考。 |

| Starting with the brief introduction of the developing evolution and program progress of U.S.military Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operation(JEMSO),this paper emphasizes on the summary of developing progress and technical features of Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System(GEMSIS).According to the application of GEMSIS system in the low-to-no power,electronic maneuver and cognitive electromagnetic spectrum warfare proposed by U.S.,the developing trend of the system is analyzed in hope of providing reference for those concerned. |
