一种新型S频段波导双工器的小型化设计

摘要:
针对收发频率间隔较近的双工器的设计难点,利用模式匹配法结合优化算法设计了一种新型S频段波导双工器,实现了在收发频率间隔较近时双工器高隔离度、高功率、小型化的要求。仿真及测试结果表明,该双工器接收频率为2.2~2.3 GHz,发射频率为2.025~2.12 GHz,在工作频率内驻波小于1.35,隔离度大于85 dB,整体长度小于700 mm,满足工程使用需求,有较好的实用价值。

Abstract:
In order to meet the requirement of short frequency interval,mode matching method is used to design a novel S-band waveguide diplexer.The diplexer with high isolation in T/R ports is small in size and meets the requirements of high power.The simulated and measured results show that the receiving band is 2.2~2.3 GHz and the transmitting band is 2.025~2.12 GHz,the voltage standing wave ratio(VSWR) in working bands is less than 1.35 and the isolation is greater than 85 dB.The diplexer with length less than 700 mm has good practical value.
