我国北斗系统已在交通运输、通信系统、电力监测调度、救灾减灾、公共安全等领域得到广泛应用,融入国家核心基础设施。随着电网建设的飞速发展,特别是偏远地区和复杂环境下输电线路的监测难题日益凸显,对确保电网的安全运行提出了更高要求。西电东送的大跨越输电走廊,穿越人迹罕至的无人区,常规的通信网络难以全面覆盖,而北斗系统为此提供了新的解决方案。为了准确把握相关研究现状及发展趋势,综述了北斗系统在输电线路监测中的应用研究成果。具体梳理了其在杆塔姿态监测、故障定位与应急通信、智能巡检及覆冰监测等方面的直接应用,深入分析了北斗系统与多传感器数据的融合监测方法,并重点阐述了北斗短报文通信、高精度定位和形变监测等关键技术。在此基础上,对该领域的技术应用进行了总结与展望,指出充分利用北斗通信、差分定位等新技术,有效地提高了电网的监测水平,降低了监测成本,为确保输电线路的稳定运行提供了数据支撑。 |

China搒 BeiDou system(BDS) has been widely used in transportation,communication systems,power monitoring and dispatch,disaster relief and mitigation,public security and other fields,and is integrated into the national core infrastructure. With the rapid development of power grid construction,especially in remote areas and complex environments,the monitoring problems of transmission lines are becoming more and more prominent,and higher requirements have been put forward to ensure the safe operation of power grids. The big span transmission corridor for west-east power transmission crosses the uninhabited area,which is difficult to be fully covered by the conventional communication network,and the BDS provides a new solution for this. In order to accurately grasp the current status and development trend of related research,the research results of the application of BDS transmission line monitoring are systematically summarized. The direct applications in tower attitude monitoring,fault location and emergency communication,intelligent inspection and ice-covering monitoring are specifically sorted out.The fusion monitoring method of BDS and multi-sensor data is analyzed in depth,and key technologies such as BeiDou short message communication,high-precision localization and deformation monitoring are highlighted. On this basis,the technical applications in this field are summarized and prospected. It is pointed out that the full use of BeiDou communication,differential positioning and other new technologies effectively improves the monitoring level of the power grid,reduces the monitoring cost,and provides data support to ensure the stable operation of transmission lines. |
