面向卫星互联网的V波段500 W线性固态功放研制

摘要:
针对卫星互联网地面信关站与高轨卫星通信的上行V波段射频发射链路,采用氮化铝平面大功率薄膜负载和波导E面T型节的隔离型波导合成网络实现了96路宽带功率合成,实测功放在5 GHz工作频带内连续波饱和输出功率大于500 W。采用新颖的I/Q正交电路形式的宽带自适应预失真线性化技术,功放三阶互调指标改善幅度大于9 dB,实测功放三阶互调优于-27 dBc。采用均温板和热管的高热流密度散热技术,提高散热器的换热效率,实现了500 W功放的良好散热。功放配置了完善的控保功能,可靠性及实用性满足工程使用要求。

Abstract:
For the uplink V-band transmission link between the satellite internet ground gateway station and the high orbit satellite communication,96-channel broadband power synthesis is achieved through using an isolated waveguide synthesis network consisting of aluminum nitride planar high-power thin film load and waveguide E-plane T-section.The measured power amplifier has a continuous wave saturated output power greater than 500 W in the 5 GHz operating band.By using broadband adaptive predistortion linearization technology with a novel I/Q orthogonal circuit form,the improvement of IMD3 of the power amplifier is greater than 9 dB,and the measured IMD3 of the power amplifier is better than -27 dBc.The high heat flux density heat dissipation technology using temperature equalization plates and heat pipes improves the heat transfer efficiency of the heat sink,achieving good heat dissipation for a 500 W power amplifier.The power amplifier is equipped with complete control and protection functions,and its reliability and practicality meet the requirements of engineering application.
