为应对未来航天测控资源不足以及规划调度复杂度高的情况,基于我国当前测控网建设现状和天地一体化航天测控网建设需求构建了基本框架;借鉴地面蜂窝移动通信系统随机接入机制,设计了以随遇接入测控技术为核心的新型测控模式,介绍了其基本思路,给出了新形态下测控实施流程实例,设计了随遇接入测控协议栈体系,并对随遇接入技术用于天地一体化测控网方案中涉及的航天器接入最优化选择策略、全景(空域)多波束多目标同时测控技术研究等关键技术进行了探讨,供后续相关研究参考。 |

Abstract: |
In order to deal with the shortage of space telemetry,tracking and command(TT&C) resources and the high complexity of planning and scheduling in the future,according to the current situation of TT&C network in China and the construction requirements of space-ground integration TT&C network,the basic framework is constructed.Referring to the random access mechanism of ground cellular mobile communication systems,random access TT&C is designed,and its basic idea is introduced,an example of implementation process in the new form is given,the protocol stack system of random access TT&C is designed,and the key technologies are discussed for reference of further research,including spacecraft access optimization selection strategy,panoramic(airspace) multi-beam and multi-target simultaneous TT&C technology. |
