结合民航中小型机场特点,提出了一种基于视频多点定位(MLAT
)的场面目标监视方法。该方法通过多摄像头与目标位置的相互关系确定目标在场面的初始
位置,并依据因视频几何精度稀释因子(GDOP)与测
角误差共同作用而形成的定位误差拓扑图作为滤波过程中的测量误差参数,来对位置估计进
行修正,从而实现对场面目标的高精度跟踪。实验表明该方法不仅可行,而且具有较高的监
视精度,为中小型机场的场面监视雷达(SMR)提供了一种备份手段。 |

Abstract: |
According to the features of non-cooperative surveillance in simple
airports, a novel airport surface surveillance method based on video MLAT (Mult
iangulation) is proposed. This method locates the surface target by the position
relation between the target and cameras, compresses the location error by the to
pological map generated by the GDOP (Geometric Dilution of Precision) and measur
ement angle error in the process of filtering, and finally achieves the accurate
tracking. Experiment results show the method is not only feasible but also has
high detection precision, so it offers an alternative choice for SMR (Surface Movement Radar) in simple airports. |
