空气中电晕放电的Monte Carlo模拟

摘要:
采用Monte Carlo法模拟电子崩的不平衡变化,得到了电子崩、正负离子积聚随 时间变化的空间电场的形成发展物理过程。从理论出发,用计算机仿真了电晕放电的基本物 理过程,在外部电场和空间电荷的作用下,采用Monte Carlo模型研究电晕放电在阴极点-平 面的空气间隙内发展过程,计算得到了电荷密度变化和电离的速度在电晕放电物理过程中的 动力学性能,验证了空间电荷和光电离在电晕放电过程中的重要作用。

Monte Carlo Simulation of Corona Discharge in Air

Abstract:
The non equilibrium behavior of the electronic avalanches is simulated by Monte Carlo method. The physical process conclusion is obtained that s pace charge field of electronic avalanches and the accumulation of positive and negative ions vary in time sequences. Based on theory, the basic physical proc es s of the corona discharge is simulated by computer. Under the influence of an ex tern al electric field and the space charge,the c orona discharge in negative point plane air gaps is studied by Monte Carlo meth od. Charge density variations and the velocity profile of an ionizing are calculated to des cribe the dynamical behavior of corona discharge. The important role of ioni zation and photoionization in corona discharge is validated.
