| In this paper the main technical requirements of the precision gear are introduced,then the setup of tools,position of part and clamp, computation of the distortion of nitridationed gear and depth of the nitridation layer in manufacture of precision gear in servo system is analyzed,and the resoling methods are also discussed. |
