| In this paper the importance of channel coding in submarine laser communication (SLC) system are simply presented, the fundamental method on coding and decoding of RS code in frequency domain is also presented ,the computer simulation scheme and result of coding and decoding of RS code in frequency domain in pulse position modulation channel is given. |
