Abstract: |
The paper propses a analysis method for oscillatory system with the nonlinear elements by Volterra series. In the paper i demonstrate the applicabi- lity of Volterra series method to the design of microwave FET oscillators. Experiment confirms the validity of the theory, the diversity between measured and calculated frequency and amplitude values being less than 10 percent. |
