基于第三种改进水平交叉算法的物理层密钥生成方案

摘要:
物理层密钥生成技术利用物理层特性生成高随机性密钥。针对现有物理层密钥生成方案中密钥生成速率与一致性相互制约且信息容易通过公共信道泄露的问题,提出基于第三种改进水平交叉算法(Third Modified Level Crossing Algorithm,TMLCA)的高一致性物理层密钥生成方案。首先,利用奇异值分解算法对信道测量值进行预处理以降低噪声对密钥性能的影响;其次,利用K-means++算法将预处理后的信道测量值进行量化分类生成标签序列;最后,利用TMLCA算法进行信息协商以防止密钥泄露并降低误码率,并通过循环交织量化在不影响误码率的情况下提升密钥一致性与随机性。仿真结果表明,基于TMLCA算法的物理层密钥生成方案可有效降低信息协商过程的密钥泄露风险,且能在将误码率降低为0的同时将密钥生成速率提升34.8%~79.1%,解决了密钥生成速率与一致性相互制约的问题。在密钥一致性、生成速率与安全性方面,基于TMLCA算法的物理层密钥生成方案相较于现有密钥生成方案性能更优。

Abstract:
Physical layer key generation technology uses physical layer characteristics to generate highly random keys.In view of the mutual constraints between key generation rate and key consistency and the problem that information is easily leaked through the common channel in the existing physical layer key generation schemes,a high consistency physical key generation scheme based on the Third Modified Level Crossing Algorithm(TMLCA)is proposed.Firstly,the singular value decomposition algorithm is used to preprocess the measured channel values to reduce the influence of noise on key performance.Secondly,K-Means ++ algorithm is used to quantize and classify the preprocessed channel measurements to generate label sequences.Finally,the TMLCA algorithm is used to reduce bit error rate(BER)and prevent key leakage,and the key consistency and randomness are improved by cyclic interleaving quantization without affecting BER.Simulation results show that the TMLCA algorithm effectively reduces the risk of key disclosure,which is common in existing information negotiation algorithms.Moreover,in view of the mutual constraints between key generation rate and key consistency in existing physical layer key generation schemes,the overall scheme can achieve zero BER while increasing the key generation rate by 34.8
