在无人机(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle,UAV)中继通信场景中,非正交多址接入(Non-orthogonal Multiple Access,NOMA)为多无人机(Multi-UAV,MUAV)中继带来了新的机遇和挑战。针对干扰条件下MUAV中继通信下行NOMA服务用户能力和公平性问题,提出了一种MUAV轨迹和资源联合优化方法。首先,通过对UAV进行飞行限制,获取飞行路径点作为轨迹优化变量;然后,两次利用Kuhn-Munkres算法分别完成信道-用户匹配和信道-UAV匹配;最后,利用冠豪猪优化算法(Crested Porcupine Optimizer,CPO)对MUAV的飞行轨迹进行优化,并根据优化结果重新进行┬诺-┯没-猆AV匹配,循环迭代直至达到限定条件。仿真结果表明,所提算法相对两种基准算法性能分别提升约21.6%和3.5%,并能够有效拟合UAV路径,通过轨迹优化与资源分配实现有效抗干扰,并在确保用户服务公平性的条件下提升了系统吞吐量。 |

Joint Optimization of Trajectories and Resources for Multi-UAV Relay Communications in Interference Environments |

In unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) relay communication scenarios,non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA) brings new opportunities and challenges for multi-UAV(MUAV) relay.For the service capability and fairness of MUAV relay downlink NOMA under interference environments,a joint optimization method of MUAV trajectory and resources is proposed.Firstly,the flight path points are obtained as trajectory optimization variables by flight limitation of UAV.Then,the channel-user matching and channel-UAV matching are completed by using Kuhn-Munkres algorithm twice.Finally,the flight trajectory of MUAV is optimized by using the Crested Porcupine Optimizer(CPO) algorithm,the channel-user-UAV matching is re-performed according to the optimization results,and the iterative loop is performed until the qualifying conditions.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm improves the performance of the two benchmark algorithms by about 21.6% and 3.5%,respectively,and is able to effectively fit the UAV paths,achieve effective anti-jamming through trajectory optimization and resource allocation,and improve the system throughput while ensuring the fairness of user services. |
