北斗三号民航机载设备精度测试方法与判定准则

摘要:
民航对于安全性和完好性有着极高的要求,基于机载增强、星基增强等技术的机载设备精度测试方法和判定准则非常关键,尤其是在外部射频干扰的情况下。航空无线电技术委员会第159特别委员会将航空设备测试方法由传统的位置域发展到了测量域,国内独立式北斗机载导航设备标准CTSO-2C609直接引用了GPS的机载标准中关于测量精度和24 h实际卫星定位精度的测试要求和方法。对于CTSO-2C609标准中的引用内容做了详细解析和论证,给出了一组更为精确的“110%通过门限”,最后通过干扰实验和观测站真实数据进行了实例验证。结果表明,在独立样本数大于2 000时,测量精度和24 h实际卫星定位精度均优于“110%通过门限”1.077 6。解析论证过程和新的通过门限参数为北斗机载民航标准的编写或升级提供了支撑和依据。

Accuracy Test and Pass Criteria of Beidou-III Airborne Equipment for Civil Aviation

Abstract:
Civil aviation has very high requirements for safety and integrity,and the accuracy test methods and pass criteria are critical to airborne equipment based on aircraft-based augmentation system and satellite-based augmentation systems,especially when subjected to external radio frequency interference.The Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics Special Committee 159 has developed the test methods of aviation equipment from the traditional position-domain to the range-domain,and the CTSO-2C609 standard for independent BDS airborne navigation equipment directly quotes the test requirements and methods of “measurement accuracy Test” and “24-hour actual satellite accuracy test” in the GPS airborne standard.For the direct quotations in CTSO-2C609 standard,detailed analysis and demonstration are made for the accuracy test methods and pass criteria,a more accurate “110% passing threshold” set is given,and finally the verification is proceeded through interference experiments and real data from International GNSS Service stations.The conclusion shows that the “measurement accuracy” and “24-hour actual satellite accuracy” are better than the “110% passing threshold” of 1.0776 when the number of independent samples is more than 2 000.The analyzing and demonstrating process and the new “110% passing threshold” parameter provide support for the preparation or upgrading of Beidou airborne equipment aviation standards.
