针对高端低轨信关站对Q/V频段卫星信号高质量接收的需求,研制了一款Q/V频段三轴天线系统,解决了天线系统高频段卫星信号的收发共用和自动跟踪的技术难题。提出了高精度天线结构优化设计、多模自适应角度零值指向控制两大关键技术,在此基础上开发了一款高精度、低成本的Q/V频段三轴4.5 m反射面天线样机,并完成相关的测试和试验验证,实现了Q/V频段信号高可靠接收和高精度过顶跟踪。所设计的天线样机增益、噪温、差波束零深、指向精度、跟踪精度等指标均满足设计要求,跟踪精度可达0.008 3°且优于1/10倍半功率波束宽度,对高频段天线的设计具有重要的借鉴意义。 |

According to the requirements of high-quality reception in the Q/V band of satellite signals,a Q/V band triaxial three-axis antenna system is developed which solves the technical problems of satellite signals transmit-receive sharing and automatic tracking in the high frequency band of the antenna system.The key techniques are proposed,including high-precision antenna structure optimization design,large dynamic and narrow beamwidth tracking-pointing control.A high-precision and low-cost Q/V band triaxial 4.5-meter reflector antenna prototypes is developed and tested,and the high quality reception and the high precision automatic tracking of Q/V band satellite signals are realized.The on-site electrical test and satellite tracking test results show the antenna gain,noise temperature,difference beam nulling depth,poining accuracy,and tracking accuracy of the prototype meet the design specifications.The tracking accuracy reaches 0.008 3 ° and is better than 1/10 times the half-power beam width.The proposed design method can provide reference for the development of high frequency antennas. |
