基于数据扩容和相对熵的国产机载设备安全性数据获取方法

摘要:
为解决国产机载设备安全性数据获取问题,采用信息扩容的方法,考虑相似产品极少的历史运营数据预计不精确的影响,并克服基于专家信息的融合法不可避免地带有主观随意性的弊端,采用信息熵方法构建设计阶段安全性数据获取模型。首先利用虚拟增广法对相似产品的历史数据进行扩容;进而采用Jackknife-k-after-Bootstrap法对样本进行分布拟合,求得分布的各个参数并进行相似性分析;最后采用相对熵融合法将可靠性预计手册的预估值和预处理后相似产品历史数据进行融合,得到融合后的安全性数据。以某型国产电动陀螺地平仪为例,采用所提方法计算得到该设备的失效率为5.69×10-5/h,对比以往不同方法进行验证,能够有效综合不同数据来源的优势,提高安全性基础数据的可信度。考虑信息扩容方法,有助于改善国产机载设备安全性数据的合理性并提高数据的可信度。

Safety Data Acquisition of Domestic Airborne EquipmentBased on Data Expansion and Relative Entropy Method

Abstract:
To address the issue of obtaining safety data for domestic airborne equipment,an information augmentation method is adopted by taking into account the impact of inaccurate historical operational data estimates for similar products and overcoming the inevitable subjective and arbitrary drawbacks of expert information fusion methods.An information entropy method is used to construct a safety data acquisition model for the design phase.Firstly,the virtual augmentation method is used to expand the historical data of similar products.Then,the Jackknife-k-after-Bootstrap(JAB-k) method is used to fit the distribution of the samples,obtain the various parameters of the distribution,and perform similarity analysis.Finally,the relative entropy fusion method is used to fuse the estimated values of the reliability prediction handbook with the preprocessed historical data of similar products,obtaining the fused safety data.By taking a certain type of domestically produced electric gyro horizon as an example,the failure rate of the equipment calculated using the proposed method is 5.69×10-5/h,and compared with existing methods for verification,it can effectively integrate the advantages of different data sources and improve the credibility of safety basic data.Considering information expansion methods can help improve the rationality of safety data for domestically produced airborne equipment and increase the credibility of the data.
