国产化无人机机载数据链路系统模拟器设计

摘要:
针对无人机链路系统在可靠性设计和有效性验证过程中的仿真要求,设计了一种模拟器,利用国产现场可编程门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)作为主控芯片,生成虚拟航迹信息,模拟链路数据解析和通信协议转换。使用滑窗式数据处理与环形缓存相结合,实现虚拟航迹信息并行缓存与计算;通过数据流加和校验法来实现通信过程差错控制;运用并行存取数据来模拟多端口RS422机载总线通信;利用千兆以太网UDP组播方式实现模拟器与无人机地面站之间通信,并采用星型拓扑结构,由FPGA完成对系统中任务载荷设备数据轮询和调度。当数据帧长度为1 200 B时,模拟器以太网传输速率947.52 Mb/s。研究成果在无人机链路系统模拟方面有一定工程化应用价值。

Abstract:
According to the simulation requirements of unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) data link system in reliability design and validity verification,a simulator is designed,in which a domestic field programmable gate array(FPGA) is used as the main control chip to generate virtual trail information,simulate link data analysis and communication protocol conversion.The method combining the sliding window data processing method(Sliding Window Acquisition) and the circular cache is adopted to achieve the parallel cache and calculation of virtual trail information.The Add Sum Check method for data flow is used to realize error control in communication.Parallel access data is used to simulate multi-port RS422 airborne bus communication.Communication between the simulator and the UAV ground station is implemented by the Gigabit Ethernet UDP broadcast method.With the star topology structure,FPGA completes the data rotation and dispatch of the task load equipment in the system.When the data frame length is 1 200 B,the transmission rate of the simulator Ethernet is 947.52 Mb/s.The research results have certain engineering application value in simulation of UAV data link system.
