| 摘要: |
| 美国海军在“网络中心战”思想指导下，提出建设“海上一体化防空火控”体系（Naval Integrated Fire Control-Counter Air,NIFC-CA），目前已完成海上杀伤链的部署。NIFC-CA较现有综合防空系统性能有极大提升，对传统的空中电子进攻体系带来新挑战。在简要介绍NIFC-CA项目背景、体系组成与功能、典型作战场景和发展方向基础上，从四个方面提出了针对NIFC-CA的体系对抗思路。 |

| Abstract: |
| Under the guidance of the ideology of network-centric warfare,the U.S.Navy proposed to build a Naval Integrated Fire Control-Counter Air（NIFC-CA）concept,and has now completed the deployment of the maritime kill chain.NIFC-CA has greatly improves the performance of the existing integrated air defense system,and has brought new challenges to the traditional aerial electronic offensive system.Based on a brief introduction to the NIFC-CA project background,system composition and functions,typical combat scenarios and development trends,this paper proposes the idea to counter system-of-system such as NIFC-CA from four aspects. |
