为实现低信噪比条件下跳频(Frequency Hopping,FH)信号的快速检测,提出了一种基于K-means聚类的阈值选取方法。通过对时频矩阵中提取到的每一频率分量最大值进行K-means聚类确定阈值以及截断处理,依据跳频信号在驻留时间上的连续性与频域上的跳变性实现对跳频信号的检测。仿真结果表明,与同类方法相比,所提算法在低信噪比环境下依然有较高的检测概率,并且计算复杂度明显降低,实时性好,具有较高的工程实用价值。 |

Abstract: |
In order to realize fast detection of frequency hopping(FH) signals in low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),a threshold selection method based on K-means clustering is proposed.Through K-means clustering to determine the threshold and truncation processing of the maximum value of each frequency component extracted from the time-frequency matrix,the FH signal is detected according to the continuity of the dwell time and the hopping variability in the frequency domain.The simulation results show that,compared with similar methods,the proposed algorithm still has higher detection probability in low SNR environment,and the computational complexity is significantly reduced,the real-time performance is good,and it has high engineering practical value. |
