摘要:

介绍了美俄空间非合作目标监视体系的发展历程与现状，指出了空间非合作目标监视体系的发展方向，以及航天地面站在空间非合作目标监视中的作用及应用场景，最后提出了航天地面站融入空间非合作目标监视体系的建设构想、关键技术及发展路线。

Abstract:

This paper introduces the development history and current status of the American and Russian space noncooperative target surveillance system,points out the development direction of the space noncooperative target surveillance system,as well as the role and application scenarios of the space ground station in space noncooperative target surveillance.Finally,it presents the construction concept,key technology and development route of integrating the space ground station into the space noncooperative target monitoring system.
