| 摘要: |
| 针对不同来源、不同手段获取的目标情报数据质量差异大、量化评价难的问题，在研究相关理论的基础上，构建了一套完整的目标情报质量评估指标体系，包括情报准确性、及时性、完整性等9个一级指标和若干细化指标，对目标情报的属性质量和航迹质量进行客观、量化评价，为分析质量问题产生原因、合理使用不同质量的情报数据提供技术支撑。仿真实验结果证明了该方法的有效性。 |

| Abstract: |
| The difference between different target intelligence obtained by different sources and different means is large and quantitative evaluation is difficult.For above problems,a set of complete target intelligence quality evaluation method is constructed on the basis of relevant theories,including nine first-class indicators such as accuracy,timeliness,integrity and several detailed indicators,to objectively evaluate the quality of both the attribution and the track.Quantitative evaluation provides technical support for finding the quality problems’ reason and how to use different intelligence.The simulation results show the effectiveness of the method. |
