为了满足星载有源相控阵系统的应用需求,给出了一种C频段多通道接收机的分析和设计过程。详细说明了电路设计和实现方法,重点讨论了影响幅度一致性和相位一致性的因素,并提出了多通道接收机的宽温稳定性和幅相一致性控制方法。实测结果表明,实现的C频段多通道接收机性能优良,宽温条件下幅度一致性优于±0.2 dB,相位一致性优于±5°,并通过星载鉴定试验。 |

Abstract: |
To meet the requirement of a space-borne active phased array system,the analysis and design process of a C-band multi-channel receiver is presented.The design scheme and realization method are introduced in detail. The factors that influence the amplitude-phase consistency are discussed,then a method is proposed to control the performance of stability and consistency among its multiple channels in amplitude and phase. The C-band multi-channel receiver has shown prospective performance and passed the space environmental laboratory test. Its amplitude consistency is better than ±0.2 dB and phase consistency better than ±5°. |
