基于多链路通信的通用航空地面监控系统设计

摘要:
针对国内通用航空通信手段单一、活动目标监视数据匮乏的问题,提出了一种基于广播式自动相关监视(ADS-B)链路、“北斗”链路、移动通信链路的多链路通用航空(通航)通信监视系统。通航地面监控系统作为该系统中重要组成之一,承担着多链路数据接收、通航飞机信息处理和收集、航空器冲突检测、通航飞机信息智能分发等重要工作。考虑到地面对通航飞机飞行轨迹的无缝、及时、精确、连续的监视需求,提出了一种多链路自动切换与融合技术。通航机场现场测试证明:通航地面监控系统能够快速有效地处理3种链路数据,为通航用户提供实时、连续、无缝的通航飞机监视服务。

Design of a ground monitoring and control system for general aviation based on multilink communication

Abstract:
China’s domestic general aviation is facing the problems of single communication means and being lack of moving target monitoring data. To solve above problems,a multilink general aviation communication monitoring system is presented which is based on the combination of automatic dependent surveillance - broadcast(ADS-B)link,Beidou link and mobile communication link. As one of the important components of this system,the general aviation ground monitoring and control system is responsible for receiving three links data,general aviation aircraft data processing and collection,aircraft conflict detection,intelligent distribution of general aviation aircraft information and so on. 〖JP2〗At the same time,in consideration of ground surveillance requirements of seamless,immediate,accurate and continuous monitoring for general aviation aircraft,multilink automatic handover and fusion is proposed. Real general aviation airport data test results prove that general aviation ground monitoring and control system can process three links data quickly and provide real-time,continuous and seamless aircraft monitoring service for general aviation customers.
