针对同址发射机对远端噪声的苛刻要求,设计一种偏移锁相架构发射机。提出并采用二进制电感调谐的方法,突破了偏移锁相发射机的技术难点,实现了压控振荡器的低噪声宽频段快速调谐。测试结果表明,发射机在30~108 MHz范围内调谐时间小于40 μs,宽带噪声低于-190 dBc/Hz,远端无杂散分量。该发射机已用于实际工程,具有良好的应用前景。 |

Abstract: |
An offset-PLL architecture transmitter is presented in this paper aiming at the strict requirements of the far-end noise generated by co-site transmitter.Binary tuned inductors are proposed to overcome the main difficulty of the offset-PLL transmitter and realize voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) tuning fast in a wide frequency range with low noise.Test results show that over 30~108 MHz,tuning time of the transmitter is less than 40 μs,broadband noise is lower than -190 dBc/Hz,without any far-end spur.The transmitter has been applied in practical projects and exhibited good prospects. |
