一种基于虚拟仪器的飞机直流供电系统模拟设备设计

摘要:
为解决在机载设备的开发及维护中飞机直流供电系统的各种极端供电模式的模拟问题 ,通过对飞机直流供电系统工作模式及供电逻辑的分析,提出了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的飞 机直流供电系统模拟设备的实现方法。硬件系统采用基于USB总线的NI CompactDAQ模块化数 据采集平台、德国E-T-A公司及美国Airpax公司的专用直流断路器,软件系统基于LabView 平 台,采用状态机及生产者-消费者模式架构进行设计,并提出了一种瞬间断电测试的实现方 法。实际使用结果表明,所研制的设备能够真实地模拟飞机直流供电系统的各种极端供电模 式,完成了瞬间断电测试,供电逻辑正常,响应快速,可靠性高,系统具有很好的扩展性。

Design of a novel aircraft DC power supply simulation equipment based on virtual instrument technology

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of simulating the DC power supply system of aircraft in a variety of extreme cases for the airborne equipment development and maintenance, an aircraft DC power supply simulation equipment s ystem based on virtual instrument technology is proposed in this paper, based on the analysis of aircraft DC power supply system power mode and power supply log ic. The hardware system is mainly composed of USB bus based Compact DAQ modular data acquisition platform of NI Company and dedicated DC circuit breakers produc ed by E-T-A Company and Airpax Company. The software system is designed based on LabView platform, state machine and producer-consumer model architecture. An i mplementation of the instantaneous power failure test is presented. The actual re sults show that the developed equipment can realistically simulate power supply m ode of the aircraft DC power supply system, the power logic is correct, the inst antaneous power failure test is completed. The power supply system features fast response time, high reliability, and good scalability.
