GPRS数据分包长度和心跳包间隔性能分析

摘要:
分析了车载GPRS数据传输的难点,在南京地区建立GPRS网络测试系统,测试结果表明:为 确保高速率移动数据传输的可靠性和高效性,在GPRS网络中使用TCP协议时,心跳包间隔 最大9 min;使用UDP协议时,心跳包间隔最大4 min;数据分包长度小于500 byt e。该试验为实际工程应用中的参数设置提供了依据。

Abstract:
The difficulties of data transmission by GPRS are analysed, and a test system for GPRS network is established in Nanjing, China. The experiment results show i n order to reliably and e fficiently transmit mobile high data rate, the interval time between heartbeat-p ackets is at most 9 minutes when using TCP; at most 4 minutes when using UDP; an d data packetization is at most 500 bytes size. The experiment provides a valuab le foundation to set the communication parameter in practical engineering applic ations.
