射频制导半实物仿真专用毫米波变频组件设计

摘要:
为了扩展射频制导半实物仿真系统的工作频带,设计了一种半实物仿真专用变频组 件,采用具有公共参考源的二次变频方案。关键器件包括微波锁相倍频源、微波基波和谐波 混频器、毫米波放大器。经测试,该组件幅度和相位的稳定性高,动态范围大,频谱特性好 ,能满足仿真应用需求。

Abstract:
In order to extend the frequency band of radio frequency(RF) guided hardware-in- loop simulation(HILS) system, a specific frequency converter for HILS is designe d that uses secondary frequency conversion scheme with a public reference source .The key components of the module include microwave phase-lock oscill ator, fundamental wave mixer and harmonic mixers, millimeter-wave(MMW) amplifier s. Test result indicates that the module has high amplitude and phase stability, wi de dynamic range , and good spectral properties, therefore it meets the simulation requirement.
