为了扩展射频制导半实物仿真系统的工作频带,设计了一种半实物仿真专用变频组
件,采用具有公共参考源的二次变频方案。关键器件包括微波锁相倍频源、微波基波和谐波
混频器、毫米波放大器。经测试,该组件幅度和相位的稳定性高,动态范围大,频谱特性好
,能满足仿真应用需求。 |

In order to extend the frequency band of radio frequency(RF) guided hardware-in-
loop simulation(HILS) system, a specific frequency converter for HILS is designe
d that uses secondary frequency conversion scheme with a public reference source
