提出了一种新型的具有多次谐波抑制功能的低温共烧陶
瓷(LTCC)微型带通滤波器,该滤波器电路由电感耦合的四阶谐振腔组成。在一般抽头式梳状线滤波器
设计的基础上,引入了交叉耦合,通过改进其结构,形成了多个传输零点,并结合电路仿真
以及三维电磁场仿真,辅之以DOE(Design of Experiment)的设计方法,设计出了一种尺寸
小、频率选择性好、阻带宽的滤波器。实际测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好,中心频率为13
.4 GHz,其3 dB带宽为200 MHz,在15.5~35 GHz频率上的衰减均优于
20 dB,体积仅为3.2 mm×1.6 mm×1.2 mm。所提方法对滤波器谐波抑制
的设计具有指导作用。 |

A new design of LTCC band-pass filter with harmonics suppression |

Abstract: |
A novel lowtemperature cofired ceramics(LTCC) bandpass filter(BPF) with sp
urious responses suppression is proposed. The circuit of this filter is composed
of 4order resonant cavity by inductance coupling. The more transmission zeros
are realized by adding modified crosscoupling. Based on the design of the tap
ped combline filter, combined with circuit simulation and 3D EM(Electromagneti
c) simulation, the filter which can achieve a small size, high selectivity, wide
stopband responses is designed with the help of DOE(design of experiment). Th
e measured results of the filter agree well with the electromagnetic simulation.
Simulation and measured results show that the BPF has a central frequency of
13.4 GHz,the 3 dB bandwidth is 200 MHz,and the stopband attenuation
is more than 20 dB from 15.5 GHz to 35 GHz. The final size of the fa
bricated filter is only 3.2 mm×1.6 mm×1.2 mm. The proposed method
is of guidance for the design of filters with harmonics suppression. |
