基于同轴腔滤波器的基本理论,运用综合设计方法计算出一种中心频率为2.160 GHz、
带宽为20 MHz的用于3G移动通信的七同轴腔滤波器腔体的结构尺寸,并计算出腔间的耦
合系数;再应用微波三维电磁仿真软件HFSS仿真得出的腔间耦合系数和耦合孔大小的关系曲
线,得到了耦合孔半径尺寸;调试实测结果符合设计预期,并说明了实际调试时的注
意因素。 |

Abstract: |
The structure sizes of coaxial RF filters′ cavities are calculated by con
ventional method based on coaxial filters′ basic theory.The filter with 2.1
60 GHz center frequency and 20 MHz bandwidth is used in base stations
of 3G mobile communication. The diameters of coupling apertures between the cav
ities are acquired by simulating the relationship between coupling diam
eter aperture and coupling coefficient with 3D electromagnetism simulation softw
are HFSS. Actual test result of frequency response achieves the desired prosp
ects, and some attentive factors in testing are illuminated. |
