This paper studies on switching algorithm performance when it is co
mbined with several beamforming techniques in a multiuser MIMO communication s

em. The study of three beamforming solutions shows that the beamforming processi
ng has an important influence on the decision criterion of the switching algorit
hm.Simulation results demonstrate that when spacetime block codes(STBC) with
a
daptive beamforming algorithm are combined switching algorithm at the BER=10
-2, the SN
R is increased by about 7dB and 8dB respectively in comparison with the combinat
ion of zero
forcing(ZF) algorithm and singular value decomposition algorithm(SVD). |
