机械结构因素对谐振腔无载Q值的影响分析

摘要:
分析了谐振腔不同组件表面、组件间接缝机械结构因素对无载Q值的影响。以表面 射频有效电导率、接缝集中接触阻抗为中间电参量建立了机械结构因素影响无载Q值的层次 化关系模型,通过仿真分析找出了关键结构因素,得到了表面射频有效电导率、接缝集中接 触阻抗对无载Q值的影响关系,给出了更加准确的包含多影响因素权重模型的无载Q值计算公 式。

Influence Analysis of Mechanical Structure Factors on Unloaded Q Value of Resonant Cavity

Abstract:
The influence relationships between mechanical structure factors such a s surfaces and joints in different locations and unloaded Q value of resonant ca vity are researched. First, by using the medium electrical parameters abou t RF effective conductivity and concentrated contact impedance, the hierarchical relationship model of mechanical structure factors and unloaded Q v alue of resonant cavity is established. Furthermore, based on simulation analysi s, the key mech anical structure factors are identified, and the influence relationships b etween medium electrical parameters and unloaded Q value are discovered. F inaly,a new formula including multi-factors weight model is provided which can b e used to compute unloaded Q value more accurately.
