介绍了一个Ka频段卫星通信终端室外单元(ODU)的平面一体化集成设计技术。通过
采用电路和结构的平面一体化集成技术、整体水密性设计和基于热仿真的散热优化设计,实
现了设备的小型化、轻重量和低功耗。最终完成了两套样机研制。测试样机的技术指标满足
设计要求,发射功率大于33 dBm,噪声系数小于2.4 dB(常温),体积小于130 mm
×90 mm×30 mm,重量小于750 g。研制结果表明,ODU一体化集成技术可行
,能满足工程应用需要。 |

Abstract: |
The design of a planar integrated Kaband ODU(Outdoor Unit) for satellite commu
nicati
on terminals is described. In order to realize small size, light weight and low
power consumption of the equipment, planar integrated technologies are adopted i
n the design of the circuits and structures of ODU. Two prototypes are fabricate
