| 针对卫星通信网络管理研究集中在宏观的管理策略和管理协议而不是针对具体管理
任务这一问题，结合DVB-RCS卫星通信网的特点，提出了结合事件触发的主被动网络管理机
制。该管理机制分为事件触发机制、主动报告机制和被动轮询机制三部分，为DVB-RCS卫星
通信网络管理系统（NMS）不同管理模块所涉及的具体网络管理任务提供了思路。同时，利
用
该管理机制设计了一种基于Web的层次型分布式DVB-RCS网络管理系统，实现了针对不同类型
的管理消息而采取不同处理方式的网络管理方案。 |

| The satellite communication network management researches focus on ma
nagement policy and protocol from a macro perspective rather than a specific man
agement task. To tackle the above weakness, this paper proposes an active and pa
ssive network management combined with eventtriggered mechanism based on the c
h
aracteristic in DVB-RCS(Digital Video Broadcasting-Return Channel via Satellite)
. This management mechanism is divided into eventtrigge

ed mechanism, active notification mechanism and passive polling mechanism
, which supplies methodology for specific management task in different managemen
t module with DVB-RCS NMS(Network Management System). While, a Webbased hierar
chical distributed network
management system for DVB-RCS is designed under this management mechanism so as
to implement a management scheme to deal with the specific management message de
pending on its type. |
