非线性节点探测系统的FPGA设计与实现

摘要:
根据非线性半导 体PN结再辐射特性,设计了一种基于二次谐波接收的非线性节点探测系统。系统仿真 与实验表明:该系统装置使信号检测具有足够大的增益,并能较好地完成非线性节 点的探测。

Abstract:
According to the nonlinear re-radiation characteristic of semiconductor PN node, the nonlinear node detection system for semiconductor junction targets based on second harmonic reception is designed.System simulation and experiment results show that the system can detect well the node of no nlinear component with gain high enough for signal detection.
