应急多方话务通信方案设计

摘要:
针对突发地质灾难中无法利用常规通信网络通信的问题,提出一种基于于嵌入式微处 理器OMAP5912 的实时多用户通信方案。采用WiFi无线网卡组建Ad Hoc网络,通过AIC23芯 片实现语音采集和输出,利用动态多用户语音解码算法实现实时多用户话音通话功能。测试 表明,该系统支持多用户同时语音通信功能,语音延迟约60 ms,适合于各种应急通信 等无线应用场合。

Abstract:
To solve the problem that conventional communication network can not b e used in outburst geological disasters, this paper proposes a scheme of real t ime multi user voice communication based on embedded micro processor OMAP5912 .In the scheme, Ad Hoc network is built based on WiFi wireless network card, voice input and output is realized by AIC23,and real-time multi-user voice communication is accomplished by adopting dynamic multi user voice decoding alg orithm. Tests show that the scheme supports multi point to multi point real t ime voice chat,has only about 60ms voice delay,and can be applied in emergency v oice communication.
