介绍了一种采用注射成型的船舶自动识别系统(AIS)B级船载设
备在结构方面的创新设计。针对设备自身的结构特点,提出了设计的详细流程。按照流程分
别对结构总体设计、
外观造型设计和详细结构设计进行了论述:首先给出了结构总体方案,然后结合造型设计的
美学原则进一步给出了外观造型方案,最后通过详细结构设计将方案转化成用于生产的数字
模型。设计的B级
船载设备不但具有稳重、美观、大气的外观效果,而且还实现了俯仰90°、水平360°范围
的可调节功能及多种安装方式。 |

Abstract: |
This paper introduces the innovative structural design of a class B shipborne
equipment for AIS (Automatic Identification System). A detailed design flow is p
roposed
according to the structural features of the equipment. And then the overall stru
ctural design, styling design, and detailed structural design are discussed base
d on the
design flow. After giving a program of the overall structural design and a progr
am of the styling design associated with the principles of styling design, the p
rograms are
converted into digital models which are used in the production. It not only succ
essfully achieves a variety of installation methods and an adjustable function i
n the range of
pitch 90° and horizontal 360°,but also enables the class B shipborne equipme
nt to be stable, beautiful, and splendid. |
