,指出毫米波TR组件专用多功能芯片、垂直互联和高效小型化液冷器等三项技术是当前需重

Crucial integration technology of T/R module for millimeter-wave active phased array |

Abstract: |
Integration technology is regarded to be the crucial technology of T/R module fo
r Millimeterwave(MMW) phased array through analysis of the technical trends of
active phased
array. The integration technologies in manufacturing and testing T/R modules are
classified in 3 levels(chiplevel, subarraylevel and wholearrayl
evel). The key
technologies in each level are analysed and the route map of technology developi
ng is presented. It is suggested that the customization multifunctional MMICs fo
r MMW T/R module,
reliable integrated vertical interconnection in MMW band and efficient miniature
liquid cooler should be conquered first. |
