移动业务QoE量化指标体系的构建与应用

摘要:
分析了QoE量化指标的多个属性,提出了移动业务QoE量化指标体系的一种建模方 法,并结合现网验证,建立了两种典型移动业务的两套QoE量化指标体系,最后从多个视角 剖析了QoE的研究发展方向,为移动网络运营商提升用户感知提供了技术参考。

Abstract:
In this paper,the attributes on QoE(Quality of Experience) quantitative indicato rs are analysed, a method to establish the QoE quantitative indicators system fo r the mobile services is proposed, and the special indicators systems for two ki nds of representative mobile services are built and proved by lots of data and t ests from the current network. Finally,the forecast of the future research on Qo E is discribed from several aspects. These research achievements can provide goo d reference for mobile network providers to improve the level of QoE.
