| 根据应急行动对通信保障的要求，提出了一种在固定通信设施被毁的救援和维稳地
区快速部署机动式移动通信系统，构建应急移动通信网络的方法，并进行了计算机仿真和验
证分析。研究结论对提高移动通信在应急行动中的通信保障能力具有重要意义。 |
