| 介绍一种适合X频段并联反馈型介质谐振振荡器的设计方法及其相关理论,采用计算机仿真技术分析影响振荡器相位噪声的一些因素,并设计了一个X频段的并联反馈型介质谐振振荡器,验证了采用减小介质谐振器耦合的方法来改善输出相位噪声的可行性。 |

| This paper describes a design method and the correlated principles of an X band parallel connection feedback DRO,makes use of computer simulation technology to analyse a few factors affecting the phase noise,and designs an X band parallel connection feedback DRO,and illuminates feasibility of the reducing couple to improve the phase noise. |
