空腔薄壁结构的焊接变形控制技术

摘要:
针对3A21铝合金材料空腔簿壁结构的电子束焊接变形控制工艺进行技术攻关,通过夹具设计和焊接工艺流程控制,达到减小焊后变形的目的,满足了工程需要。

Abstract:
This paper aims at the research on deformation control technology in electron beam welding of the cavum thin wall structure of 3A21 aluminum metal alloy material.Through clamp design and welding process control,welded deformation is minished,thus satisfying the engineering demand.
