Abstract: |
This paper reports the design thought,realization method and results of a 10.5GHz wireless access transceiver RF system.By using microwave monolithic integrate circuits(MMIC) and power feedback technology,the design targets of high power,high linearity,small size,light weight and high reliability are realized. |
