| Analysis and Comparison of Delay Measuring Methods |

| Five advanced time delay measuring methods are introduced. Through deep analysis and a lot of experiments, optimum uncertainty of measurement for these methods is obtained. In addition, a new concept of Delay Delivery Standard is presented, in which uncertainty of measurement can be up to 0.01 -0. 02 nanosecond. |
