针对MJPEG2000码流不但具有单帧图片的JPEG2000码流的质量渐进特性,而且不同分量对图片重构贡献率不同,提出一种分量不对等信道保护方案,用不同编码速率的RCPC信道编码对MJPEG2000的编码流的不同部分进行不同程度的保护。本方案在二进制对称信道(BSC)的仿真中,能提供比基于质量层的不对等信道保护更好的运动图像重构质量。 |

Unequal Channel Protection Technique for MJPEG2000 |

Abstract: |
An unequal channel protection technique for MJPEG2000 is proposed,which takes advantage of the hierarchical organization of the MJPEG2000 and the different quality reconstruction of the component,protecting different part of bit-stream by means of a rate compalible punctured convolutional code.Simulation results show that quality reconstruction is improved by the proposed technique. |
