| After analyzing the disadvantages of the analog speech classrooms at present,the solution is given to establish a digital network speech classroom. The system block diagram and modules of student terminal are described with emphasis on the coding and decoding principle of conjugate structure algebraic-coder-excited linear prediction(CS-ACELP) scheme.Finally the functions and technical features are summerized. |
