| Abstract: |
| The design of a W-Band airborne collision avoidance radar transceiver developed recently is introduced. Techniques adopted in the transceiver are the IMPATT diode oscillators and inject-locked amplifiers, low noise receiving and automatic frequency tracking. It has not only good electrical performances, but also other merits such as miniatured size, light weight and high reliability. |
