| This paper provides an overview of the semiconductor technology in the field of wireless communications.It summarizes the available semiconductor process and their application in wireless telecommunications. This paper focuses on the direct up/down conversion architectures of the telecommunication circuits and provides concrete analysis and corresponding solutions to the key inherent shortcomings of these architectures. |
