| Abstract: |
| The necessity of using multimode mobile telephone in mobile communication and the various structures of software radio are described. The multimode receiver structure which can receive multi-standards mobile communication signals is presented. The structure adopts low IF principle of software radio technology. The advantages, disadvantages and the factors which determine the resource's requirement are discussed. |
