| 以移动通信发展进程中2G所面临的问题为背景，介绍了ITU通过的包括我国TD－SCDMA提案在内的第三代移动通信国际标准，并在比较3G主流技术的同时简述了TD－SCDMA的特点，提出了我国2G向3G演进的方案及其相关思考。 |

| In consideration of the problems of 2G during the development of mobile communication,the international 3G mobile communication standards including China's TD-SCDMA proposal passed by ITU are introduced.The technologies concerning 3G are compared.The features of TD-SCDMA are briefly described. Finally,the scheme for China's 2G evolute to 3G is presented. |
