| 本文提出一种雨衰信道Eb/N0的优化估计算法。利用维持比译码器提供纠错个数的功能可以估计BER，结合一个有效的雨衰预测模型，本算法预测出最优估计时间，以此估计出雨衰信道的Eb/N0值和雨衰值。 |

| Abstract: |
| In this paper an optimum E b/N 0 estimation algorithm for rain fade channel is proposed. Function of providing number of corrections given by Viterbit codec can be used for estimating BER. Combined with an effective rain fade estimation model, the algorithm can estimate optimum measurement time and then estimate E b/N 0 and rain fade values for the rain fade channel. |
